UMass Morrill IV Neuroscience Laboratory - 2019

DAS provided General Contractor services for the renovation of this existing laboratory building on the UMass Amherst campus in Amherst, MA.

The project consisted of a partial renovation to the existing 4-story structure in order to house new laboratory and office spaces. The building area was approximately 12,000 square feet, and the functional building areas that were renovated included open labs, support labs, offices, a conference room and a break room.
