DAS provided General Contractor services for the construction of a brand new library building in Greenfield, MA.

 

The project consisted of a new two-story, steel framed building, with a slab-on-grade lower floor, composite framed upper deck, steel framed sloping and low-sloped roofs, concrete, connections to and extensions of utilities in the street, new paved parking lot and connections to the existing lot. The building will be clad with masonry and cementitious siding and include aluminum curtainwall window and door openings, and asphalt shingle and membrane roofing.
